ENAMEL GLOSS PAINT

Décor Standard Gloss Enamel is a standard type of gloss type finish, based on Long oil Alkyd designed for good color fastness, brush ability, good flow, and good durability.

Mode of Use

USE

Interior wall and ceilings.

External surfaces such as fences and railings

Carpentry, decoration of kitchens and bathrooms;

Refrigerators, household appliances, machinery, equipment, pumps, valves and tubes

Safety signs, steel support structures and tube supports

DRYING TIME

Touch dry 2 hours.

Through dry 24 hours and may apply the second coat after 6-8 hours.

AVERAGE YIELD

50m2 per gallon.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface should be clean, dry and free from loose grits oil, grease, dust, etc.

For best results suitable enamel primer or enamel anti-rust coating should be applied first followed by one or more layer of Décor Std. Gloss Enamel

Mineral spirit can be used as diluent or cleaning agent.

PLASTIC PAINT

Décor Standard Emulsion Paint is standard type of matt paint finish. Based on styrene acrylic emulsion decorative binder. Ideal to apply as topcoat on cement rendered, plastered or textured coating.

Mode of Use

Indoor and outdoor applications

New or previously decorated surfaces

Cement coated, or textured hauled.

DRYING TIME

Touch dry 2 hours.

Through dry 24 hours and may apply the second coat after 4-6 hours.

Dilute 20-25% by volume with water. Mix the paint thoroughly before use.

METHODS OF APPLICATION

By Spray, Brush, Roller and or other artistic / decorative design.

MASSA ESTUQUE

Industrias Baluarte Anti-Ferruge is a zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigment dispersed in a Long Alkyd resin and rust inhibitive extenders.

SURFACE PREPARATION

DILUENTE SYNTHETIC

White spirit or mineral spirits or, "paint thinner", petroleum-derived clear liquid used as a common organic solvent in painting and decorating.

Mode of Use

USE

As a thinner – add to paint or varnish as required to desired consistency or according to paint dilution instructions.

As a cleaner – remove cap and pour Diluente Synthetic directly onto a soft cloth, clean area and wash down with soap and water.

PLASTICA PRIMER

DURASEAL PRIMER LATEX SEALER CLEAR 20 PIGMENTED PRIMER 25

DESCRIPTION AND USES

An acrylic emulsion sealer primer that penetrates and seals interior and exterior surfaces. It seals plaster and cements surfaces against alkaline attacks, efflorescence and lime burns. It provides good hiding power that can matches the color of the topcoat. Duraseal Primer is strongly recommended to be used as a primer for all exterior paints.

APPLICATION CONDITION

Temperature of air, Surface, material between (10°-38°C) and Relative humidity (maximum): 50% at application.

APPLICATION

Surface must be well prepared, free from dust.

THINNING

Dilute up to 100-200% with water when applying first coat directly to unprimed absorbent surfaces according to porosity.

DESCRIPTION AND USES

A clear, professional acrylic copolymer sealer especially formulated for dry wall construction, plaster, masonry, and other surfaces. It has excellent hold out and sealing quantities, may be over coated with either flat, low sheen, semi-gloss, or gloss finishes without danger of flashing. Sealer 20 prolongs life of topcoats by providing excellent inter-coat adhesion.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be free of all loose and foreign matter. New masonry and cement surfaces should be allowed to cure fully for 28 days before application. Cracks and gouges should be cleaned and repaired with appropriate putty. After putty has been left to dry overnight, sand lightly and spot prime with Décor Sealer 20. For previously painted surfaces, if surface is in sound condition, no sealing or priming is necessary.

THINNING

Dilute between 100-500% with water depending on porosity of the surface.

DESCRIPTION AND USES

A white pigmented latex primer that prepares the surface with a good foundation coat for the application of the finish coat. It goes on easily and dries quickly to provide excellent tooth and tight holdout. It is compulsory that the surface be sealed with sealer 20 before applying Primer 25.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be free of all loose and foreign matter. New masonry and cement surfaces should be allowed to cure fully for 28 days before application. Cracks and gouges should be cleaned and repaired with appropriate putty. After putty has been left to dry overnight, sand lightly and spot prime with Décor Sealer 20 first and then with Décor Primer 25, waiting at least 8 hrs in between. For previously painted surfaces if surface is in sound condition, no sealing or priming is necessary.

THINNING

Thin between 25-30% with water by volume.

DUST FIGHTER

EMULSION INK OF ACRYLIC COPOLYMER TYPE, ALSO COMPOSED OF TITANIUM DIOXIDE, DILUENT AND ADDITIVES. DRY QUICKLY AND OFFERS A UNIFORM FINISH, WITH LOW ODOR, EXCELLENT COLOR STABILITY, EASE OF RETOUCH without PAINT marks. IT HAS EXCELLENT DURABILITY AND WASHING CAPABILITY, BEING PERFECT FOR INSTITUTIONAL OR COMMERCIAL OR RESIDENTIAL SURFACES.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES: Glossy surfaces must be dulled by sanding then wiped clean with a damp cloth. Any detergent used to clean surfaces must be removed completely by rinsing. Imperfections should be repaired as aforementioned in the preparation of old surfaces.

DURA BOY

EXTREMELY LASTING LATEX EMULSION INK FOR ALL TYPES OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES. IT HAS EXCELLENT DURABILITY, UNIFORMITY OF BRIGHTNESS, RESISTANCE TO THE FORMATION OF BUBBLES AND GOOD RETENTION OF COLOR. SOLUBLE IN WATER, ACRYLIC LATEX

EGGSHELL

NEW SURFACES: New masonry and cement surfaces should be allowed to cure fully for 28 days before application. Surfaces should be sanded smooth and wiped clean with a damp cloth. One coat of primer should be applied, followed by two or more coats of Décor Excellence Eggshell.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES: Glossy surfaces must be dulled by sanding then wiped clean with a damp cloth. Peeling paint should be removed completely before proceeding. Any detergent used to clean surfaces must be removed completely by rinsing.

ALL TONE

SMOOTH EMULSION INK WITH SMOOTH FINISHING TYPE. IDEAL FOR USE IN INSTITUTIONAL AND RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL SURFACES. WITH LOW ODOR, EXCELLENT COLOR STABILITY, FACILITY OF RETOUCHES, AND WITHOUT PAINT MARKS. IT HAS EXCELLENT DURABILITY AND WASH ABILITY.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES: Glossy surfaces must be dulled by sanding then wiped clean with a damp cloth. One coat of Flat Alkyd Enamel will usually suffice over old surfaces that are in good condition except when used over a sharply contrasted color. In this case and if the surface is very porous two coats are required allowing 6-8hours drying time between the two coats under normal conditions or preferably overnight.

ALKYD ENAMEL SEMI-GLOSS

Professional, high-hiding semi-gloss enamel prepared for interior walls, woodwork, cabinets, trim shelving and furniture. Also ideal for plaster, wallboard, or metal in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, halls and all around the house. It’s an alkyd type semi-gloss enamel which provides a high degree of moisture and wear resistance and will not permit grease and hand smudges to adhere to its surface.

ESMALTE PRIMER

RUST BEATER ZINC CHROMAPRIMER UNDERCOAT

DESCRIPTION AND USES

A multipurpose quick drying rust inhibiting primer for sandblasted, ferrous metals or where sandblasting is impractical on structural steel, bridges, towers, cranes, storage tanks, etc…, also for steel surfaces exposed to moisture, humidity, condensation and extreme atmospheric conditions. DESCRIPTION AND USES

A rust-inhibiting primer with the advantage of availability in various practical colors. It can be used on bare metal and as a spot primer on previously painted surfaces. It gives excellent penetration and adhesion as well as hiding. Very effective in places with high humidity like coastal regions Alkyd vehicle with specialized anti corrosive pigment.

DESCRIPTION AND USES

A high hiding, alkyd enamel undercoat designed as a first coat on new wood as well as previously painted surfaces. The fine holdout qualities of this product eliminate variation in the gloss of the finish coat of high gloss or semi high gloss enamels. Use on doors, trim, molding, cement surfaces, paneling, siding and hardboard.

TINTA EPOXI

A versatile, fast curing modified floor epoxy coatings that offers high film build, strong bonding strength, and exceptional hardness.

Mode of Use

USE

On surfaces that require long-term protection, such as cement floors, walkways, steps, parking areas, play areas, etc.

DRYING TIME

Always dilute the first coat approximately 10-15% with a Decor® Diluente Celuloso for good surface penetration

Wait until you can walk safely on top of the first layer, leaving no footprints (24 hours) and apply the second coat with enough force

AVERAGE YIELD

20-25m2 per gallon.

SURFACE PREPARATION

IMPORTANT SURFACE PREPARATION Concrete should be prepared as porous surface by scrubbing the area to allow penetration of Décor Epoxi on the concrete, and then followed by cleaning with soap. Allow to completely dry before applying 1st coating.

TEMPERATURE of surface and paint should be between 60-80 degrees F, with humidity less than 80%.

TWO COATS. Always reduce the first coat approximately 10-15% with Décor Diluente Celuloso for good paint penetration into the surface. Wait until you can safely walk on first coat without leaving footmarks (approximately 24 hours) and then apply the second coat at full strength.
